 4.  There are two other organizations involved under ISRO that achieve various technological feats, these are –
Indian Remote Sensing Service which was established in 1972, it conducts environmental studies from optical images, radar images and other sensors.

2.NASA

Established on 29 july 1958

 1. NASA
The National Aeronautic and Space Administration (NASA) was created by Congress in 1958. NASA's primary function is to promote aerospace research, develop new technology and techniques, maintain spaceflight capability, and conduct long-term manned space exploration. In its early years, NASA was responsible for launching America's first human into orbit, putting Americans on the Moon, and sending spacecraft to explore other planets. They now have many different divisions including; Human Exploration and Operations Mission Directorate (HEOMD), Science Missions Directorate (SMD), Communications and Navigation Systems Group (CNSG), Flight Safety Directorates, Research Programs, Launch Services, and Advanced Technology Development Agency.top 5 space agencies

3.CNSA

Established on 22 april 1993

The China National Space Administration (CNSA) was founded on November 29, 1958. CNSA's first satellite, Dong Fang Hong 1 (DFH-1), was launched on May 16, 1959. On October 11, 1960, DFH-1 began its mission. The Chinese Academy of Sciences set up the First Satellite Control Center and the People's Liberation Army General Staff Department established and operated the Second Satellite Control Center. Until April 1961, the United States Air Force had control over U.S. satellites. In 1962, CNSA gained control over all satellites. By the end of 1964, over 30% of the world's population were able to receive television signals from a satellite. In the 1970s, China became heavily involved in lunar exploration. In 1972, the Chang'e program was started. This program aimed to build a manned vehicle that could travel to the moon. In 1973, the country sent their first manned spacecraft, Shenzhou I, into orbit. By the early 1990s, the United States and Soviet Union had lost their monopoly over manmade objects in outer space. Russia attempted unsuccessfully to launch a satellite containing a nuclear warhead.

By 1993, China had launched over 50 satellites. In 1994, CNSA successfully sent Shenzhou II into orbit. In 1996, they launched Shenzhou III. They followed this up by launching Shenzhou VI in 2002 and Shenzhou VII in 2003. These missions carried multiple people into orbit. In 2004, China sent Yang Liwei to become the first person to walk in space. He spent 15 minutes outside of the spacecraft. In 2007, CNSA launched Shenzhou 8 into orbit carrying three crew members. As of 2012, CNSA has had a successful record of sending people into orbit.top space agencies

4.Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency

Established in 1 october 2003

1. Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA)
 2. JAXA is the Japanese space agency. It was founded in 1993 from the merger of three government agencies. They are responsible for sending people into space, mapping Earth's surface, monitoring natural disasters, and managing the International Space Station.top space agency

5.Russian Federal Space Agency

Established in 25 february 1992

●Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos; ) is the central executive body responsible for the administration of the Russian federal space program and its constituent agencies. Roscosmos was founded in 1992 under the Soviet Ministry of Defence after the dissolution of the USSR. Its first head was Anatoly Perminov. In April 1994, Yeltsin signed into law a bill renaming the agency, making it a successor to the Soviet Union's  Intergovernmental Space Program, which had been established in 1972.
 ● Roskosmos operates from three locations in Moscow: Tsentralny Administrative Center (), Tsentralloy () and Zvezdny Gosudarstvennyy Institut (). Other offices are located at Bauman State Technical University in Yekaterinburg, Surgutneftegaz oil company in Samara, Gazprom Neft Oil Company in Voronezh, Gazprom Space corporation in Nizhni Novgorod, and the Plesetsk Cosmodrome in Krasnoyarsk Krai.
 3. From 1997-2002, RosCosmos was headed by Vladimir Solovyev. Since 2002, Mikhail Ulyanov has held this position. Roscosmos employs about 100,000 people. On 1 January 2009, the number of employees was reported to be 93,531. About 40,000 of these staff members work directly for the federal government. Another 20,000 work for regional governments. More than 30,000 belong to private companies working under contract for RosCosmos.
 4. In 2011, Sergei Kirienko became Head of Roscosmos. He succeeded Gennady Padalka, who was fired for corruption.
 5. In 2012, Roscosmos carried out ten launches by Soyuz rockets and five launches by Angara rockets, including the launch of the Rokot satellite. In 2013, nine Soyuz launches were performed, but two failed due to technical problems. One of them included the crash landing of a Progress spacecraft bound for the International Space Station.
 6. Roscosmos is an independent state enterprise that is subordinate to the Cabinet of Ministers of Russia.top space agencies of the world

Research: The mass of a black hole is 4.4 times the mass of sun | Binary systems | black hole - ISC

Research: The mass of a black hole is 4.4 times the mass of sun|Binary systems|black hole NASA  and European Space Agency(ESA) for the first time measured the mass of a black hole moving in space with the one and only The Hubble Space Telescope (HST). Until now the mass of a black hole determined on the basis of position of binary systems or galaxies. Large black holes were belived to occur only with companion stars , but for the first time a single black hole has occured .  The discovered black hole is believed to be about 80 light years away from our galaxy. Earlier it was estimated that it is 5000 light years away. Stars increase its mass by interacting with another star or its comapnion star. When the mass increased it explodes called Supernova.  Remants called as 'neutron star'. When remanant is bery large it is called "black hole".  According to scientists the mass of a neutron star is between 1.6 to 4.4 times the mass of sun. The discoveries till n...
