■Exoplanets are those planets that have a rocky surface like Earth, Mars etc. and found outside our solar system. 

We have heard a term SUPER - EARTH
A Super earth is  an extra solar planet with a mass higher than our earth but lower mass than "ice giants" such as Uranus, Neptune. examples of super earth are COROT - 7b{ICARUS}, GJ1214b{SHESHA}, KEPLER - 440b.

■ Scientists of Jurich university of switzerland found out that the atmosphere of these planets are made up of hydrogen and helium.surface is suffieciently warm to keep water in the liquid state. For the origin of early life water the medium in which first life evolved in the oceans on earth. There were heavy storms and cloud of dusts and gases. The hot surface of the early earh cool down and gases evaporated such as ammonia, hydrogen, water vapor etc.

The heavy rainfall filled the depression and made the early oceans. Reasearchers also estimated that these exoplanets could be our home in the future.

These exoplanets have 100 to 1000x times thick atmosphere than earth our James webb space telescope could see better things and information about these planets.

■What exactly is the atmosphere ??
It is simply the natural covering or layers{may be 5,6,7, many more}, which protects the planets from the cosmic rays, uv radiation or any other gases which may be harmful to the planet just like our earth.
                  Earth is the only planet which hold life because it has atmosphere which has 5 layers from Earth to outer space namely - ●TROPOSPHERE{airplanes,clouds,etc.}
●STRATOSPHERE{ozone layer}
●MESOSPHERE{meteors}
●THERMOSPHERE{satellites}
●EXOSPHERE{spaceships,voyagers}

■Ozone is a part of stratosphere. It protects us from the harmful U.V. radiations , cosmic radiations.
                  U.V. rays have both harmful and useful effects.It is benefecial as it can kill hamful microbes while purify water and harmful as it can damage our skin,cornea. These rays can also cause skin cancers. There are many components of U.V. such as U.V.-A, U.V.-B etc.
